As you pass through the iron gates and into the huge courtyard Old Woodhouse Farm complex will take your breath away. There are a number of stables suitable for families that may wish to bring their horses. The garden surrounding the property is approximately one acre and generally set to lawn. There’s a further three acres with lake to sit by on lazy summer evenings.

There are many footpaths and bridleways bordering Old Woodhouse Farm and is in close proximity to the very beautiful Burbage Common and woods.

Originally the old dairy this luxury self-contained apartment is perfect for a romantic break in an idyllic location. On the ground floor there’s a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave etc. There’s a separate dining area leading onto the lounge that has quality furnishings including very comfortable seating, TV, stereo, books and games etc.

On the first floor the magnificent bedroom has original apex beamed ceilings and a luxury four-poster bed. Attached is a large luxurious bathroom with bath and separate luxury shower cubicle.

Laurel Court – sleeps up to four persons

This fabulous luxury self-contained apartment is ideal for a relaxing break in perfect surroundings. On the ground floor there’s a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave etc. The dining area comfortably accommodates four people.

On the first floor there’s a large lounge with comfortable seating, TV, stereo, books and games etc. There’s also a sofa bed for sleeping two additional guests if required.

Rowan Lodge - sleeps up to six persons

Rowan Lodge is a spectacularly large, high ceiling ground floor apartment with a large kitchen and dining area for seating up to six people. The luxury kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave etc

The large lounge has extremely with comfortable seating for six people, a TV, stereo, books and games etc. A sofa bed in the lounge provides accommodation for a further two guests.
